A razor blade to gently lift the old bezel ( between the sapphire and the inner ring of the bezel gently prying around the bezel till one area separates then the rest is easy to get off)

and a tiny flat head screwdriver to scrape the old glue/epoxy from the inner ring of the bezel holder : This is important for the insert to sit right) Then remove adhesive backing from new bezel and insert (you can use a Popsicle stick to press gently around the the new bezel ring to make sure it has full contact)
